About broken relationship

well the question goes here....i still love my ex though i know he never loved me, we had sex a lot and today we are broken up. its really quite embarrassing to face him in college. i cant even concentrate nor can I move on in my life. and i heard he got into a new relationship...please i really don't know what to do - what should I do?
