I feel sorry for you. It's lovely that you care about her so much that if you break her heart, it breaks yours. I think you need to tell her that you're not ready for love and it breaks your heart that you have to break up with her. And if you're telling the truth that you're not ready for love, then don't go off and get another girlfriend because that would be painful for her. Think about things, but I'm sure you already have.
