Art of Letting Go

I am currently a college student, and since high school I always had a crush. But as of now I don't know why I am so bothered with my crush...It really hurts seeing him spending time with other girls and not looking at me. I do not know why this is so...it really really hurts. I can hardly sleep at night, crying because of things that are happening between the two of us. He offers things and talks to me; that makes me happy but for me it isn't enough.

Now I just decided to reject him and never talk to him so that I will not hurt myself more and more as we get closer and closer...but still it is so hard to let him go upon knowing that we reside at the same dorm.
