Best Friend, Bad Relationship

So my best friend (age 15) is in this relationship with this guy (18) and he is a control freak, abusive (mostly verbally), and whimp (I think the weak part is an act). They've had sex but because we live in UT, unless they are five years apart (because of the pligs)it cannot be considered statutory rape.

What can do if I can't turn him in? She knows and realizes he's not a good guy but she stays with him. He's also got her convinced he'll go on a mission but this (I believe) is unlikely because 1. he's not a virgin and 2. he refuses to go to the bishop.

I don't want my friend to end up dead but if I do anything then I might lose her as a friend too. Plus there's nothing I can really do but tell her what I think but everyone has been telling her that so I don't think she wants to hear it from me.

I'm so lost about what to do. Is there anything I can do besides just wait and be there for her?
