Boyfriend confessed that he had sex

I've been with my boyfriend since i was 13 years old.. We're together 7 years now. Last year, after nagging him to tell me the trust, my boyfriend confessed that he had sex with 5 other girls over the 7 years. This hurt me a lot and although i've seen some changes im not sure what to do.

Every time i think of the memories and hurt i feel like letting him go but when i think about how much he 'seemed' to have changed over the time, i end up remaining.

Should i be with him still? Should i believe that he's a changed person? Am i stupid for being with him still?
