You shouldn't lie, dear, but under the circumstances, I'd have done the same. But if you're going to lie, you must keep it forever. Forever!
He now wonders how many other lies you've told. No man really wants to hear the truth on this type of subject matter.
You can try to keep things the same but know that they have changed. One thing you cannot do is now make excuses for your past behavior. Nothing in this makes you look sexy or special in his eyes. All men want to be the first and the last. I'm sorry. Experience.. it's a lovely thing to acquire.
Next time, you'll get it right. If I were you at this point I would simply let it be his problem because it has to be. You have reasons for your behavior that you understand, unfortunately he doesn't. Let it be. Hold your head high, love, and today... be very generous with yourself.
