cheated on boyfriend

I been with my boyfriend for a year and a half. im in love with him, he's in love with me. i want to marry him one day but after i been with him for a year, he ended up in jail. i dont know how long he doin but i do know he treats me like a queen, gives me everything.

well hes been in there a couple months now and i can say im lonely and depressed. i ended up finding a job and liking one of my coworkers. he likes me a lot too but he also has a girl friend and two kids but he asked me to hangout one day and we been hanging out almost everyday now and we ended up sleeping together. i dont think i like him, i think im just lonely and need love but now i feel guilty.

i dont know how to tell my boyfriend that i truly love that i cheated on him. what should i do? help me please.
