confused!!!

im confused...i have a huge crush on this guy, actually he's my officemate..

i went to my friend's party,and to my surprise he was there too..he told my friend that he likes me too..what's funny about it is that it's not obvious..he said that he's just shy..but what confuses me the most is that he didn't even greet me this holiday season..

i thought that maybe the reason he just said that he likes me is because he's been pressured by my friend..i don't know what to think..i don't even know how to react..help me please!
