Oh my gosh, I know exactly how you feel. There was this boy who I had the strongest feelings for, but he had a girlfriend. Then, he broke up with her and told me that he liked me.
Then, he got a different girlfriend, broke up with her, and told me that he liked me and so on for about six months. Then he FINALLY asked me out, we dated for five months, then he broke up with me.
He came back to me the next day and when I told him no, he found another girlfriend, dated her for a month and then came back to me. In my stupidity, I took him back and we dated for a month and he just recently broke up with me again and asked out the girl he dated before.
She turned him down and he got mad. He can't find another girlfriend now and I think it's funny. I'm done with him, but this guy that you're talking about might be the same.
If you think that something is going to happen, don't get your hopes up. It could turn out bad, and you could be crying your eyes out for days. 99 percent of teenage boys are jerks. Don't spend all your time on them. Good luck.
First of all, you said that he knows that you like him, so should we assume that you have told him verbally or in writing just how much you do like him? Just because you are both flirting with each other does not mean that he likes you enough to date you.
Before you get your panties all tied up, get your facts straight, tell him how you feel, hope for the best, and if he does not want to date you, move on and be happy. You are too young to spend so much time thinking about just this one guy, who has a girlfriend already. Don't put all your eggs in one basket.

The boy knows how much you like him that's why he thinks you will want to be with him knowing that he's in a relationship. You would be wise to run as fast as you can to get and stay away from this boy.
Take a good look at what he's doing to his girlfriend -- he's hitting on you and that should tell you he's BAD NEWS. No good boyfriend would be pursuing another girl while involved.
And, if he's doing this to her, he'll do it to you if you get with him KNOWING he had a girlfriend when he was chasing you. What would that say about YOU? Please let your feelings for this boy go because if you don't HE WILL HURT YOU AS HE IS GOING TO DO TO HIS GIRLFRIEND.
