To me, it sounds like he's kind of figured out that you were in love with him and perhaps he's angry at himself for falling in love with you. If he says he's deleted your number but hasn't and you don't want him to have it, you can report him to your network and they can block him from calling you. If it were me, I would probably write him a letter and tell him exactly what I feel. Good luck :)

What a creepy guy. Staring at your window? That's really weird. If he says he's deleted you and then calls you, he did not delete your number. And if he calls to fight, he's not worth talking to.

Regardless of how he may or may not feel about you, focus on how you feel about him and the way his behavior affects you. You may be smitten by him in some ways, but ultimately, do you want to be this man's punching bag?
I certainly hope not, and I think you would get tired of his lack of respect for you. Walk away now before you go too far down that dead end road and waste valuable time in this, the one life that you have!
