I can tell you right now that he is totally in love with you but doesn't know how to show it. The reason why when he calls he is mad at you because most of the time he probably couldn't think of something to say. But to be honest he is in love with you.

To me, it sounds like he's kind of figured out that you were in love with him and perhaps he's angry at himself for falling in love with you. If he says he's deleted your number but hasn't and you don't want him to have it, you can report him to your network and they can block him from calling you. If it were me, I would probably write him a letter and tell him exactly what I feel. Good luck :)

What a creepy guy. Staring at your window? That's really weird. If he says he's deleted you and then calls you, he did not delete your number. And if he calls to fight, he's not worth talking to.
