Does He Like Me or Not?

I met this guy about a year ago and I think I fell in love. The only problem is that he has a girl who lives in Michigan while he lives in the Bronx right across the street from me.

We started talking when he moved in and I really thought he liked me the way that I like him but I guess I was wrong, so every now and then, he hits up my cell not to talk, but to fight.

I have no idea whats wrong with him. Somehow everything that happens between him and I is my fault. He's always looking at my window to see if I'm there, and when I ask him if he took my number off his phone he says yes, but gets in touch with me again.

He told me that he just wanted to be friends but I can't be friends with someone who I poured my heart out to...it would be weird.

I have no idea what to say or think or even do. I need lots of help.
