Tell him that love IS trust; so if he doesn't trust you, he really doesn't love you! Tell him to read God's word in 1 Corinthians 13. This is the way TRUE LOVE should be; according to God's will for us!
Good luck to you. But remember, love doesn't put unreasonable demands on anybody who they truly love. It sounds like he's more interested in controlling you, rather than loving you! You deserve to be loved -- everybody deserves to be loved. Life is too short, right?
