Doesn't Trust Me

My boyfriend really wants to be with me. We both love each other, but he doesn't want to stay with me if I go to a leadership camp this summer because, apparently, there is an interactive activity with guys to be able to help you form relationships with others. He doesn't trust me, but I have to go because my parents are making me. What do I do?
