To me this means, do not let the bad get the best of you, but use the bad in your life and transform it into a positive thing. Transform a once bad thing into a topic of motivation discussion with a friend, co-worker or a family member. When an something of evil nature comes your way, smile and realize that you have the power to make it positive.
