Feelings for Cousin

I have feelings for my cousin and have been trying to avoid them, but
recently, he told me that he likes me.
I have had a crush on him for several years now,
but I believe I will never have a chance with him, because
I'm too nervous to tell him I like him. I'm afraid if I tell him
I'll make him feel uncomfortable. I love
his good sense of humor—he always lightens me up on a bad day.
And he's always there when I need him.
There's no reason that he wouldn't like me.
I just wish to let my cousin know I have feelings for him ... Any advice?
