Fighting

I’m done fighting
Fighting is for those who want to do something
Well if that’s what fighting is
I’ll fight to die
Fight to let everything go
Fight with myself like I do every morning to get out of bed
Fight with everyone on the inside to just have them let go
Fight with them to forget
Forget about who I am
It’ll make it easier for them when I’m gone
Gone is how I want to go
If that is what fighting truly is then
I want to go out fighting
