Flirting or Not?

I work with a woman who is sending signs of flirting but I am not sure if she means it that way. She slides her hand down my tie while complimenting me on how I look, hugs me when I offer my hand as a high five gesture. She stands in between my legs when I'm sitting down, but not in a trashy way. We are at work while this is going on. She doesn't come right up to the chair but I get the sense due to her body language that if we were in a private setting, things would be different.

Can anyone help me set this confusion straight?
