Foolish me, thinking I could trust you with my heart. I let you in my heart thinking I could give you my everything, but foolish me! What made me think that?

I gave up on family and friends for you. I thought you were special, but that's just so foolish of me to even imagine such a thing.

When we first met, you said, "I would never make a fool out of you." But foolish me.

And a second chance is so out of the question, but foolish me.

Getting to know you was foolish of me ... I though you were my JayZ and I was your Beyonce. Foolish of me to compare this thing we called a relationship to something so extravagant.
