Forbidden Love

We met in fifth grade and I fell for him. He dated my best friend and I was pretty sad. I moved away that year and didn't talk to him until seventh grade. I was still madly in love with him. He asked me out at the beginning of eighth grade but I can't date. My other friend liked him so I told him to date her. He did but he still loved me.
They broke up because of how we felt about each other and she hates me now.

He loves me still and I love him. But my parents hate him. I mean hate, because he made my friend hate me and because he got into drugs and alcohol. I think I can stop him from doing drugs and that stuff.

He will do anything to make me happy, but my parents banned me from talking to him ever again. I don't know if I can stand 5 years without him. I'm 13 and irrevocably in love with someone. I just don't know what to do.
