From Fake Love to Real

I have this best friend, Cassie who was dating this boy Zachary for a couple days. She fell in love with his best friend, Alex. (I was friends with Zachary too.) She and Alex would talk on the phone all the time and she would pretend to fall asleep on him, so she could get off the phone and talk to Alex. She asked me to "like" more like pretend that I liked Zachary and have him fall in love with me so he would stop liking her.

I guess it kind of worked. Cassie and Zachary broke up and she went out with Alex for over a month.

Weird thing was ... I actually didn't like Zachary at the time, but then a couple weeks later, I started liking him for real. We went out for about two weeks and things didn't work out as I thought they would. About three months later, he told me that he had fallen in love with me.

At the time, I had a boyfriend, but I started to fall for Zachary again. One week before me and my boyfriend broke up, I talked to Zachary constantly on the phone and my boyfriend didn't have a clue.

Then my boyfriend and me broke up and as soon as Zachary found out we were on the phone he asked me out. Of course I said yes, we have been dating a month now and things are perfect.


If you think about it, it's such a funny situation, so I thought I'd share it.
