I don't know about you, but I love men. I'm surrounded by them ... my husband and two boys, their friends, their baseball buddies which is why I love funny quotes about men. Since I'm the only female in the house (except for the dog), I call them the XY's (after their genetic make-up) while I'm the sole XX. There's so much testosterone in our home that even our dog gets confused and sometimes, lifts her leg to pee.
Despite some of their more annoying habits (like not cleaning up after themselves), men are endearing. (About not cleaning up, my husband says: "You wanted a real man and you got one." As though real men can't pick up after themselves.)
Even though as Rita Rudner says, "Men are like bears with furniture, you gotta love them. Even as I make my rounds through the house, picking up errant socks, I know that I couldn't live without my three favorite guys.
Hopefully, these funny quotes about men will make you laugh and recapture your sense of appreciation for the XY's in your life.
Today we're grouching about the phone bill or failing once
again to mow the lawn, but tomorrow we may be out
defending the homeland or pursuing an armed robber
down a dark alley. Women shouldn't forget this. What looks
like a husband napping on a sofa is really a hero of tomorrow
dreaming of his own selfless demise.

Funny Quotes about Men
When [my wife] comes around the corner and finds
me at the top of a ladder changing a burnt-out
lightbulb--a task that might have been on the list for
days or weeks--she'll look up at me with a surprised,
fetching smile and say, 'Oh, great, you're changing
the light bulb. Look at you up there! So manly...'
And, sometimes, a comment like this is all I need.
~ Christopher Russel
On the one hand, we'll never experience childbirth.
On the other hand, we can open all our own jars.
~ Bruce Willis
Women now have choices. They can be married, not
married, have a job, not have a job, be
married with children, unmarried with children
Men have the same choice we've always had:
work or prison.
~ Tim Allen
Talk to a man about himself and he will listen
