What I have been trying to show you in this section of my web site is that happiness is always within your reach because it wells up from inside of you, rather than being dependent on
a certain thing happening outside you.

Many of you make the mistake of thinking thoughts like, "I'll
be happy when I lose ten pounds", "When I can afford that new car" etc. The kind of happiness that results from the acquisition of things is fleeting and impermanent. All you have to do is reflect on this for a moment to discover the truth of it. Take the time in life to cultivate real joy. Develop the discipline to discover who you truly are and you will tap into that wellspring of happiness.
