Help i'm heart broken:(

I am in grade 8 now and I have liked this guy since grade 5 and when I told him at the dance that I liked him for the longest time, we slow danced together and then a couple weeks later, I asked him out, and he said no. When I got home, I just broke down crying and now whenever I think of him, I ball my eyes out and I even dream of him....how am I supposed to mend my broken heart if it's torn into pieces?

I really need to know because I can't go on like this anymore. He is always in my head and I just can't get over him as I have liked him for the longest time.

He was actually the first guy I actually fell in love with for the first time.

I believe he is my true love but he doesn't like me back :(
