My boyfriend says that he loves me, and when he leaves, promises that he will call and text me, but out of nowhere he texts mean crap and leaves mean voice mails.

I tell him to stay away and two or three days later, he's back trying to convince me that he loves me. He will tell me that he wants to marry me and then in hours. he says we're done. I can do what I want but he tells me who when and where. I don't get him.
