How to Ex Boyfriend Back

My problem was that once the relationship got serious, I would end it because I know that you have to trust the other person in a serious relationship and I have trust issues because of my past—I witnessed domestic violence. I just couldn't trust him at the time. Now I think I would be able to trust him. But he won't even talk to me. And I want him back. It's been about nine months since our last break up and I have been hurting. Usually we'd break up and then get back together within 3 days. But last time after a week went by, I knew this wouldn't be happening again. I still sometimes cry myself to sleep. And he really won't even talk to me. He has had two other girlfriends. One he broke up with for me, but I was afraid that he was just trying to get me back so I said no. When he was with the second one, he called me about ten different times and asked if I liked him and I said yes. If I don't tell him how I feel, it blows up in my face, but this time, when he called and asked it and I answered, it blew up in my face anyway. Help me please.
