How to get my ex girlfriend back

I have a question that I hope you can answer: how can I get my ex girlfriend back? She broke up with me and I know that she still loves me, but when I contact her, she's not willing to even meet with me. I did cheat on her, but I realize that I made a big mistake and I just want her back.
