I Don't Trust Him Anymore

This may sound like a childish problem and maybe it is, but I need some advice. I've been with my significant other for a year and 5 months. I learned that early into our relationship he wasn't quite so committed to me as I was to him. He never cheated physically but he always had provocative pictures of other women and he would talk to them as if he was single.

He did come close to having relations with one of these women, but didn't because she wasn't physically able to. He explained that he did this because he didn't know if I was committed to our relationship this time since I had broken his heart months before. Now he seems to have changed but I don't know if he's completely gotten it out of his system.

Should I trust that he has because sometimes I doubt it?
