Same here.... and I know he doesn't like me... and his girlfriend hates me... like, hate, like...it really sucks.

First of all, You need to figure out if he likes you too.
Tell him something like this:
Hey (name), Look, I really do like you. And I realize you are dating someone, but I just wanted to let you know how I feel. I'm not going to wait on you forever, but I feel like I should be with you. You're amazing, blah blah blah- (tell him what he is to you. Make sure, you are completely honest.)
