I would just like to let you know that this exact same situation happened to me. We were together for a month and everything. Only difference, he didn't get with my best friend.
What he did do, was try to get with my best friend's sister and it didn't happen. It's been a little over 5 months since we've been apart and I still wish he was mine and I've tried everyday since our break up to try and get him back, and I still try. He was the first guy I ever fell in love with.
Just remember you're not alone, and I hope that, someday, we will get our princes back.

You must remember that perfect love is real. I finally found it (love) at age 17 though the girl I thought would be the only one I could ever love dumped me at 15, two weeks after my dad died, mainly because of my emotional problems, but we had dated a good year and I thought we would last forever and I hoped and even prayed at times it would last but... she had had enough.
I had a lot of tears but when I met my baby, everything changed. Now I am on this site looking for something romantic to say at dinner for our 2 years dating anniversary and I now remember when my old girl took my hands at school and said "I love you but we're over ... just remember ... there is only true love." Us guys believe that too ... let the next guy love you as much as the first guy did, then in complete honesty you can say I have found love!
