I have a girlfriend but there are things that are bothering me. I still love the person who dumped me before. I want to be faithful and loyal to my current girlfriend, but my heart is still pounding for this other woman.

I'd like to ask if the best way to deal with this is to break up with my current girlfriend and start to court again the one I really, really love. Please help me ... I am really confused right now.
