I'll never be over you. Help..

I met this guy online once and we were friends I guess. We always talked and got to know each other and I finally gave him my number. Over a 2 year time period we texted everyday all the time. Until his mom saw some stuff on his phone she didn't like and took it away.

A couple months later I texted him and he was like who is this? because he had gotten a new phone since the other one had been taken and no longer had my number. Well he told me he was glad I had texted him because he didn't have my number and we started talking all over again. He had a girl and I had someone too. His girl left him and I was there for him just like old times. Over the 2 years we were talking I had been falling for him over and over harder and harder and he knew it and felt the same way. He lived about a half hour away from me and I was in the town he lived in one day and I asked him if he wanted to maybe meet up and hang out. We did.

I saw him and it was love at first sight. We hit it off like no other. About a week after we hung out he asked me out. We had the best relationship ever. Our parents were 100% okay with everything and things couldn't be better. We were together almost 10 months and I left him for someone else. I've been going through so much pain since then because me and that person are no longer together and I've realized what I did was so wrong. I should have never left him for someone else. We were meant to be together. I love him and he loved me. He has someone else now because it's been about 9 months since we haven't been together and I miss him more than anything in the world. I don't know what to do and I would really appreciate some help or even someone to talk to.
