In Love with Cousin

I have an older cousin and he lives in New York. I live in St. Petersburg, FL. We love each other, but no one knows about us and we aren't really allowed to be together because of age and the fact that we are cousins, but when I went up there last summer we had so much fun we hanged out a lot and we went on late night walks by ourselfs and I really loved it when he kissed me and touched me and we think we make a hot cupple, but no one can know about us ... well no one in our family and my question is "would that be considerd love?
