Into the moon light

You lead me into the blackness called the dark.
The cool dead still of the night caresses my skin.
The moon peaks from the cover of the clouds.
sadly the stars have died away.
Your glowing green eyes dance with delight.
As jet black hair seems a translucent blue.
The silver snake bites glitter in the light as you smile upon me.
"You look so beautiful in the dark its almost scary."
I whisper quietly.
"You are the beautiful one don't ever say that you aren't"
A hand gently cradles my cheek as you stroke your thumb over my lips.
"You are what I always waited for I don't merely like you as a friend."
You speak in a warm seductive voice that sends shivers down my spine.
"Then what am I?"
I finally spoke to him with a little fear etched in my speech.
But I only see a flash in your jade green eyes.
Then suddenly warm tender lips rest upon mine.
I didn't realize that the dark angel that I loved so dearly was kissing me.
I smile as I kiss back wrapping my arms around you.
As you hold me tightly you pull away whispering into my ear.
"You are mine...you will always be mine nobody will ever think about having you."
I giggle whispering back before the night consumed us both.
"What took you so long all you had to do was ask."
Then a ghostly laugh led me further into the dark.
