Is He a Player or Not

I've liked this boy for a long long time and I have told him I like him and he said the same back, but he also likes another girl. He was going to ask me out but there was a fall out and now we made up and everything is so different between us.

He says he still loves me but he plays with every girl's heart he has said to so many girls they're beautiful and things. I'm really confused and I have asked him so many questions about it but there's only one answer. I'm still very confused if I should move on or stay put? HELP!
