Lack of Trust in Relationship

I have been in a relationship for 3 years now and I am 23, while my boyfriend is 31. The problem is the lack of trust. My boyfriend doesn't allow me to have friends (boys). Every time he comes to my place, he takes my phone and checks my call log and in my message box. I get angry about this and I keep on telling him to stop, but he doesn't. I think he doesn't trust me at all. What can I do to make him understand? How to find out for sure if someone is right for you |
