Like My Friend's Boyfriend

I like this guy but he's going out with one of my good friends. I don't know what to do and I feel bad that I like one of my friend's boyfriends when clearly they are in love. I don't know what to do. Should I act on my feelings? Or should I just let them play out and see how their relationship goes?
