What does it mean to you?

Living joyfully is a good intention. When you live joyfully, you are naturally loving and appreciative of others and the blessings in your life.


How have you applied it to your life?

I consciously cultivate joy. True joy is not dependent on what is happening around you. Joy is not the same as happiness.


How has it changed you?

It has freed me from the chains of negative circumstances. No matter what happens in my life, every moment, I have the opportunity to choose to remember my blessings.
