My boyfriend is in the Army and currently deployed. Even when at his posting we are in different states. Sometimes you need a reminder that he's just more than a voice on the phone. Arrange to have flowers delivered to her at work, or make a video clip of you and your normal day. Do something to remind her what she's waiting for.
Also, be open with each other. You guys have survived four years, talk about your hopes and fears, talk about the next time you'll be together. Look to the future, a future where you're together.

My daughter also has dated a Military guy for 4 yrs now...he is getting out to be with her real soon. I was there for him to let him know and remind him that she was being true to him. Hey, Chris, part of loving is trusting someone. You have been with this gal for 4 years now, so you know that she loves you and if she didn't, you guys wouldn't last that long nor would your long distance love survive. Be honest with yourself and her also, tell her your fears about this Ben dude and make sure you also tell her how much you love her. She really loves you and it's not fair for her if you do not have faith that your relationship will last. Stop being insecure and love your future wife!

Okay, so if someone I've dated for four years started talking to another guy, I'd get a little nervous, but if you love her, you have to trust her. Without trust, love becomes almost superficial.
