Long Distance Girlfriend

I have a girlfriend and we have been dating for 4 years now. She is a long distance girlfriend now because I am in the military.

Recently, she met this guy named Ben. They have been sending each other questionable e-mails, but she tells me she loves me to death and she wants to get married someday, but I don't know what to think of this because I am across the world from her.

I don't know what to think. I just need someone to give me solid advice. Can you help me?
