Love Crush Question:

I like my best friend, Todd. We're really good friends. We hang out a lot and I really like him. I just told him last night that I like him. He was shocked. I really want to be more than friends, but I don't know if he feels the same way. I don't know if I should ask him how he feels; or what. Every time we're together, it feels like no one else exists. What should I do?
