Love Hurts

Love hurts a lot of people but love also makes people happy sadly I haven't had the love yet that has made me happy for long. Well I'm still in love with my ex BF and we both had a really clean breakup and now Ive realized I still have feelings for him. He asks me for advice with his other girlfriends or people he likes and I have no idea what to say. should I say there not good enough for him so he doesn't go out with them and hope he goes out with me or should i just let him do what he wants and give him my honest advice?
