hi. i am falling in love with my cousin (my mom's brother's daughter). i am 16 and she is 18. we've come close to doing it a couple of times. when we were watching a movie, i touched her body parts: lips, neck, waist, back, her butt, even when she was washing dishes, i kissed on her neck from behind and she allowed me to do that. when we meet, we hug each other, but when we are with family, we don't hug. when we stand, she holds my hand and then i start to touch her hips and waist. and she allows me. i send her e-cards like "i miss u" and "will u be my friend" and she replied to my message and sent me "i miss u." i want it and i love her. how can i explain to her my feelings? on facebook, we sent each other love notes. i never told her that i love her. should i? please help!! I REALLY LOVE HER!!
