Please don't say a word, he's laying a trap for you with this off and on thing. He's using it to get you to make the first move. Ask yourself why doesn't he address you? If he want you let him take the first step. Why would you go to him, all you are saying about yourself is "I'm easy." I'm with your friend, why settle for less when you can do better?
