You have just learn how we lie to ourselves when we don't want to accept TRUTH because it hurts. Now you know it is better to accept TRUTH than self-deny only to pay this cost later. This is a lay-away bill you don't want to have to pay as it will increase emotional hurt with time.
We have all done or will do this at some time in our life. Experience is the best teacher. I know it hurts because I too have done this, but look at it as a lesson in life and that's one reason we're here...to learn.

Always know that you are wonderfully made and if a person cannot understand that or appreciate that, it's their loss. You were created for someone that will love and treasure you. You deserve better.
