Make Long Distance Relationship Work

Dear Laura, My name is Stacy. I am currently in a long distance relationship. It's been two months since I travelled to work and am planning to stay here quite longer. I have a fiance and we were planning to get married before I travelled this year. It has been very hard for me. He is a great man and a good father to my daughter who isn't his biologically and he gets along very well with my family. I really love him and he loves me too. He also has a great personality and I would like to spend the rest of my life with him. How can I make this long distance relationship work since I might be away for almost 2 years. So far, we are okay and communicate very often. I really want to make this long distance relationship work. Please advise. Thanks. |
