Man of My Dreams

There is this guy who is the most amazing person I have ever met. I know without a shadow of a doubt that I love him. I've known of him for a few years now, but really didn't get to know him until this year. When I first started talking to him, he told me he was single and didn't have time for a girlfriend.

I have been talking back and forth to him on Myspace. he is a DJ at a club I go to.

One night this girl comes up to me and says, "Hi, I'm Adam's girlfriend." I was like hold up what did you say? Of course, I didn't say this out loud, but that's what I was thinking. She went on to say that she asked him who I was and he said, "Oh she is just a fan, so I held in the tears and said, "Yep thats me ... just a fan." Then she suggested we take some pictures with him and when we walked up to him, he looked like he was going to die.

I have become friends with her, but she tells me everything and I have to hide the truth from her.

Why can't I be her and be able to look into his eyes and hold and kiss him like she does?

I did tell him how I felt about him and he said, "Well, you never know what might happen in the next 10 years."

Come on already, I'm almost 30. But you know, I would wait for him. He is everything in a man I want.
