Girl, move on and don't be friends either that's just torture for you go make new friends. Find another to confide in and until then you can get a notebook and write out your feelings and settle for number two girl. You are worth more than that. You deserve to be number 1 in a man's life. He's getting everything while you are getting depression and swollen eyes.
It's a big world and there are many good men out there. Just focus on your happiness.

He told you you had to leave because he had a girlfriend, so move on. You don't need to hang on and allow him to abuse your feelings for him. Move on and in time you will find someone better for you who will love you the way you want to be loved. His crumbs aren't good enough and you should not settle for less.
