For myself, trust is something very hard... I've watched friends, girlfriends, and family turn their back on me or walked right out of my life. Trust is something I may always have a problem with. Like you said though, you cannot have love without trust. Relationships are a 50/50 thing. You trust them with your heart, they trust you with theirs... If that trust is broken, it probably will hurt worse than most things... And probably make you write poems and stories like crazy... Just remember to learn from your mistakes...
