You tell me you love me
yet you left me alone
you tell me to kiss you
yet you never kiss back
you tell me you'll hold me close to your heart

So why?
Why do I feel so far away?

Is my love not enough?
Are my kisses not sweet?
Is my body not fit to hold?

I'm tired
just stop pretending
to love me like you say
the lies are true
and your word is fake

So before I fall asleep
and I don't wake up
I'll tell you this:

I'm sorry
for not loving you
like you wanted me to.
