It started with talking for a little while but nothing serious, just as friends. Then we stopped talking for a few months. I never knew I would end up talking to him again. My friend and her boyfriend and a bunch of friends went camping one night. I couldn't go, well my boyfriend was there but at the time he wasn't my boyfriend. He started trying to get with one of my best friends and she didn't like him like that, so she told him to text this number which was my number. When he texted me, his name popped up on my phone and I got all excited cause I always had a thing for him. Everyone told me not to talk to him cause he was bad news and he would cheat on me and he was mean, but I knew there was a sweet side to him. We met for the first time at a football game. We talked for about 4 months before we started dating, in the meantime those 4 months I started dating someone else because I didn't think the boy of my dreams wanted me. I thought he only wanted one thing and I didn't want anything like that so i found someone else. When I found someone else me and the new boy went to the football game together. The boy of my dreams was there and he got so mad when he saw me with someone else, our friends had to calm him down. That night was the night I knew I didn't want to be with the boy I was with, and so a few days after homecoming I broke up with the guy. I fell in love with my boyfriend and so me and him hung out with all of our friends one night and he looked at me then looked at all of his friends and said 'Should i do it?' and they all said yes! I had no clue what was going on. I turned away and turned back and he grabbed my face and kissed me. I jerked away cause i was so shocked! We took a long walk and talked for forever. He asked me what me and him should do about this (talking about how we just fell in love). I said I don't know what do you think about it. He looked me in the eyes and asked me to be his girlfriend on October 23, 2010. That was the start of mine and my boyfriend Michael's story. Everyone told me he was a cheater and he'd cheat on me and use me for one thing, but I took a chance and went with what my heart said. We have been dating for 3 months going on 4 and we are happy and in love even if we are mad at each other or argue. We never go a day without telling each other 'I love you'. He makes me happy, I couldn't see myself without him. He proved me and everyone else wrong. He keeps his promises, and proves each and everyday to me he has changed. |
